Steve Patterson is co-host of Hollywood Dailies but has been a correspondent on the show since its debut on REELZCHANNEL in October, 2009. Patterson has shown his versatility covering everything from red carpet premieres to one-on-one interviews around the world. His fresh and enthusiastic style has produced many memorable interviews with the likes of Gerard Butler, Will Ferrell, and Sarah Jessica Parker to name a few. Patterson's globetrotting experiences have taken him to London where he sat down with the Avatar cast and to Austria and Spain where Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz showed him what it takes to be an action star.
Viviana Vigil is co-host of Hollywood Dailies. Prior to joining ReelzChannel, Vigil made a name for herself on LATV Live, a bilingual music show showcasing the Latin entertainment scene. She took the show to a national level and has since covered some of the hottest red carpets and conducted some huge celebrity interviews with the likes of Brad Pitt, Jessica Biel and Mel Gibson. Featured on A&E's Biography and Country Music Television's Star Crossed, her recent work includes NBC’s 1st Look and the Style Network’s Open House. Viviana worked as a children's social worker for Los Angeles County and continues to mentor foster youth today.
If Deadline's breaking news is correct, this year's Oscars is sure to have one less entertaining character — or is that two? — in attendance... All apparently because they didn't approve of a Red Carpet fashion choice.
The site reports that Academy of Motion Picture Arts has pulled actor Sacha Baron Cohen's tickets from Sunday's awards ceremony. The move means that the star, who's not only an Academy member and one of the stars of Best Picture nominee Hugo, isn't even allowed on the Red Carpet outside. The ban is in reaction to word that Baron Cohen planned to strut the carpet in his full The Dictator costume.
