Interesting thing about movies... one person loves something that another doesn't like. To me, films like Transformers, and Xmen are a "yawn." This film, however, I loved. It was about people and relationships. More than anything, it made me "feel." I felt happy, sad, excited - that's what movies are all about. With that as my criteria, this was a great, great film. Acting was excellent (especially Turman and the young woman). What a treat this film was and the audience seemed to agree... they were very responsive which is unusual for most films. So, I wasn't alone in loving this film. Is it the best movie ever? No. Was it better than most films these days? Absolutely!
This movie was a yawn!
Good actors, but not a very exciting story line. Got a little sleepy during certain parts; weak ending. Nothing I'd recommend to spend time or money on...I'd maybe rent it as a DVD, but certainly not a movie I'd be dying to see over the others that have much more depth and profoundness. This movie was very predictable and cliche-ish!
