this is a great movie. adam sandler acts great in it.
It was super sweet and had perfect comedic timing. For once Adam Sandler is showing the side of him that is an AMAZING actor. I'm just so glad that he didn't make another film that only 14-year-old boys will genuinly laugh at.
Utterly fabulous! I watched it twice, cried and laughed both times, then told my friends to see it. And the scene in the restaurant with the reference to the Bob Seger System and Mongrel? I've had that album for thirty years!!! Talk about obscure. Now I'm a Mike Binder fan, too.
Does anyone have a clue when this movie will be out on DVD. Josie
This is the perfect role for Sandler. You might not agree, but Sandler deserves some recognition for his role in this movie. It had its flaws but the movie is very heartwarming and funny. One of this years best dramas.
great movie! Sandler belongs in serious roles. and next to Don Cheadle, this movie is unstoppable! Although this movie does move at a slower pace so you can really understand Sandlers character, it is still great!
I loved this movie!! Adam Sandler was FANTASTIC!! THANK you to all the wonderful actors who were involved with this wonderful message. I enjoyed myself through the entire movie...even when I was crying :-) Bonnie Lee Brooks
Good but not great. It's hard for me to watch Sandler in a serious movie. And with none of his usual cast---
