I really liked this movie. I thought it was going to be more comedy than drama but still Will Ferrell is amazing. Its nice to see different sides of actors. Loved it.

This is a tremendous movie, the cast was wonderful, the direction was terrific and the music incorporated in this film was masterful. Will Ferrell was awesome as well and Ruby was right that was a very romantic scene with the flour. I reccomend it as well, it is now in my top 5 movies.
OMG!!! Will Ferrell can actually act!!!!!!!!!! He plays this man so perfectly that after you see this and then go watch something like Blades of Glory, you will simply not be able to believe it's him. The cast is amazing and the flour scene is one of the most romantic in cinema history. I highly reccomend it to EVERYONE!!!!:-)
Stranger than fiction was the best movie I saw in 2006 and probobly one of the best i've ever seen. I thought is was a great blend of drama and comedy. I am a huge Will ferrell fan and I think this was the peformance of his lifetime. Why he was not nomminated for and Academy award I would like to know. I really do hope to see him in some more serious roles in the future. And i also think that Emma Thompson did a tremendous job in this movie. I think that this is just such a great movie and a great story. This is definantly the most unapreciated and underated movie of the year in my oppinion.

I was really looking forward to this film. I missed in theaters but saw it on DVD and I'm glad I didnt spend my hard earned money on this. Instead of a delightful comedy-drama all I got was annoyance and iritation. It was terribly put together, the acting was terrble and the voice-over use was annoying at best.
Original movie idea I thought. Heartwarming story and actually had you rooting for an IRS agent...only in the movies. Was a little bland in the middle but had a great ending. Plus, the song he played on the guitar is completely stuck in my head. Good movie overall.
ThIs movie had some great laughs. Though it falters a bit in the middle, this is a gem. Maggie Gyllenhaal is wonderful as Ana, but the full praise goes to the deserving and wickedly funny Will Ferrell .
Will Ferrell does a very good job in this movie. Along with being funny he can also be serious. A good movie, really has something to it that makes you want to watch it over and over.
