It's ridiculous to make us wait a full year for pt. 2 and I thought they broke the book up into 2 parts to make it more like the book? From what I've seen of the trailer that's not the case because in the book Sam's pack never comes to the Cullen's house to get Bella but in the trailer they show the wolves and the Cullen's fighting

A R rating is more apt for this movie as it touches on one too many topics that EVERYONE seems to be overlooking. Not only are there the implications of how many times the two main characters are intimate (because that IS part of the book). There is also the fact that there is an " apparent attraction " between Jacob and the newborn offspring of the two main characters. WHERE is that sense of creepiness because he has totally devoted himself to seeminly a BABY??? For all those fans of the movies, is THAT really HOW Jacob should have been portrayed?? shakes my head This is ONE Finale that I will not be seeing!!
If you haven't read the books and love them then ur not going to understand the whole imprinting thing.
I don't think there's any creepiness that Jacob devotes himself to a baby! Since the fact that it incontrollable! And it really isn't a sexual attraction but rather the devotion of a servant to it's master!:P
If you would have read the books you would know that Jacob only wants her to be happy and is in no hurry for her to grow up. He doesn't see her sexually at all. So actually read the book!!!!!!!

Come on now folks, as much as you, as well as many others would like to see "Breaking Dawn" recieve an "R" rating, it is never going to happen. The fact of the matter is, Stephanie Meyers is prudish, and does not want to express explicit or mature content, in an unflattering way. I too, personally believe that an "R" rating would overall, help the movie keep closer to the book, but, in the long run, will cost the series so many fans. But either way, if the movie sticks to the overall storyline of the book, as the first two movies, and I assume the third has, then "Breaking Dawn" should still be an enjoyable movie for fans of all ages.
I couldn't agree more with you about the R rating. I think since Bella has matured over the sega, then so should the movie.
breaking dawn is a nice movie but I want Bella and Edward the love team in this saga,I don't want Jacob to be the love team of Bella.
I don't agree that the movie should be rated "R". Kids wouldn't be able to see it. And my friends said the same thing today at school.

YES... your the first person to say this in the terms you used, in 15 and i dont think it should be rated r , because i would like die if i couldnt see the movie... And i hate that it's so long a wait, i read the books sooooooo many time's i lost count, and i would be totally PISSED if the movie was rated r a nd it's not like kids are going to see themovie its pg13 and if the kids are 13 i think their parents should have had " the talk " for them to understand and not only that the marketing company had to direct the add's to PG 13 so they should'nt rate it r it only 3 sex scene's and they probaly dont show it if its pg 13 and it wopulldnt make sence to have a scene under the covers and just because of that its rated R, thats how i feel.

your right on, im 15 too and i think it should be "pg" because i think that the fans would be let down when the have already seen the first three and cant see the ending, that wouldnt make sense, the only good thing i see from that if it were to be rated "R" is if the kids who are interested in the movies would start to read the books because they were'nt allowed to see the movie's so i think that would encourage them to read the books and when they were old enough they would see the movie and then they'd be able to compare the books to the movies like we can because we'vr read them and have/will see the movies and if threy visit this page they'll be able to see the commetation on the subject and can join in , so i think your spot on!
true i am 19. but it make it more exciting if the sex seen are in it. and it makes sense. that the only reason why it is rated r. and not pg13. bc of the sex sense. i have not seen it yet it has not came out here yet. so i don't know what to say just seen some of it on youtube.

They have changed the release date to November 18, 2011... I'm pretty excited about it but I'm curious... I heard that this movie was gonna be made into 2 movies. Has anyone heard anything about that?
