Ray Park is ready to go as Iron Fist but,where are everybody else? Okay,he doesn't have much enemies to choose from,the guy who licked off his parents isn't worth a bag of seeds.Some guys he's fought didn't know him originally until they found out he was helping Luke Cage.Who cares? Make the bad guy interesting to watch,have him be surrounded by ninjas,armed bodyguards,a beautiful but deadly lady friend(if you knew Iron Fist's girlfriend,you'll see why i would want that in the movie),and most important,high tech equipment which would make it seem like he's no pushover when Iron Fist goes one-on-one against him.

Iron Fist would never work in his own movie. He is too of a character. Doctor Strange, Black Panther and Ant-Man should be being concentrated on for a movie. Not Luke Cage or Iron Fist. I would probably still see them though just because I watch all DC or Marvel movies.
What if i were to tell you that Tyrese from Transformers 1-3,is said to be playing as Luke Cage? Now the only problem is is that,Luke Cage barely had any enemies(he was the original bad guy who turned good).Having him face an enemy would be difficult unless the plot was that he,was involved with a tough notorious street gang.He got caught,chose to become good,the leader realizes he's now suped up,creates his own superhuman serum(forces geek to create some) and ends up battling his original amigo? Sounds awesome don't you think? Another idea: 1.The main boss is the same guy who killed Iron Fist's parents and somewhere along the way,he crosses paths with Iron Fist who doesn't realize at first that he's a good guy.
