I recognise that Depp is bankable but the Lone Ranger is the lead role so put your bankable name there. To ignore all the talented and gorgeous Native talent available is just inviting disaster.

Heather the main character of this movie is Tonto. The movie will start with Tonto at a very young age and progress to his adventures with The Lone Ranger. Reason why Johnny Depp is the "bankable" character and not Armie Hammer (who?).
PS-Johnny Depp has Native American Indian blood and I know that Native American Indians have been employed to play the Indian parts. My nephew has been employed to play a young Tonto. He is Apache.
So Depp is bankable huh? Guess that goes with the banks failing! With all the images, books written by Fran Striker....and they come up with Depp to totally destroy the LR image that was great for so many years. Disney, you can do better than this.
