I own all of his films so don't forget the characters he created in his youth in Australian films like Proof, The Sum of Us, Hammers Over the Anvil,Romper Stomper, and Love in Limbo. He was born to do what he's doing.

A Good Year is and always will be my favorite Russell Crowe movie. I, of course, love all the others too - but can watch A Good Year, over and over and over again and never tire of it and always feel so good afterwards. Kudos
how can any one forget Proof or The Sum Of Us Russell in his youth was just as great an actor as he is today I have a question who was the wise guy who named the Gladiator's horses Silver and Scout or was he just a Lone Ranger fan?
Russell himself came up with the names for Maximus' horses.
This contest is like answering the question, 'Which of your children do you like the best?' Surprised at some of the pics especially the absence of Proof of Life and the Insider. BUT, Russell's, The Sum of Us (1994) and Romper Stomper (1992) should have been offered (if they weren't cause they were Australian films and not shown in the USA)..run, don't walk to get a copy and watch the young lad at his best. Yes, Gladiator deserved to be #1 with A Beautiful Mind a close #2. cheers
