What movie today does not mirror another or is a revamped version of a classic? Battle:LA was a refreshing break from the Aliens that feel no pain and have no thought of self preservation. Maybe if you went to a movie to just watch it and not look for reasons to rip it apart maybe just maybe you would enjoy it a bit. I thought it was great seeing the aliens seeking shelter when being shot at. Ducking behind vehicles and rubble to avoid being hit. Also how if they were hit they in an arm or a leg. They would begin to limp or the arm just hung at it's side. You sir are wrong about this movie. Any idiot can go to a movie and look to rip it apart but a person such as myself who loves movies. Simplies goes see if they can be dragged into the film and be a part of it. Maybe you need to quit your current job and do Wal Mart reviews.
