Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
These Official Rules govern the On Patrol: Live Ride Along Refer-A-Friend Challenge (the “Challenge”). By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of REELZ Channel, LLC (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
1. Eligibility
The Challenge is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (19 in AL & NE). Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Challenge consists of 18 days where people can submit their entry anytime during the period
Thursday, January 22, 2026 – Sunday, January 28, 2026
Entries received outside an Entry Period will not be eligible for prize.
3. How to Enter
During the Challenge period, visit REELZ.com/REFERAFRIEND to submit your information on the official Challenge entry page. Complete the online entry form by providing all required information, including:
Full name
Email address
Referral’s Email Addresses
Limit one (1) entry per person during Entry Period. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries, including through multiple email addresses, identities, or automated systems, may result in disqualification.
All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on Sunday, February 8, 2026
4. Winner Selection & Notification
Following the Entry Period, and up to 7-days after, Sponsor will collect all eligible entries received and cross-reference them with subscriber list to ensure proper qualification.
Winners will be selected and featured on REELZ and On Patrol: Live social channels only via the email address/full name provided on the entry form. Sponsor is not responsible for invalid, misdirected, or undeliverable email, or for any failure of a winner to receive recognition.
5. Prizes
Each winner will receive one (1) social shoutout consisting of:
One (1) post made by REELZ social channels (Facebook/Instagram) with accompanying image displaying winners first name and last initial.
One (1) post share made by On Patrol: Live social channels (Facebook/Instagram)
For the avoidance of doubt, the prize shall not include the winner’s participation in a “ride-along” with law enforcement.
6. Prize Delivery
The prize will be posted across social channels following the conclusion of the entry period. Please allow 1-2 weeks after winner confirmation for prize posting.
7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
- be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor;
- release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any Prize;
- permit Sponsor to use their name, city, and state for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Challenge if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Challenge.
8. Limitations of Liability
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
- technical errors or malfunctions of any kind;
- lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or communications;
- unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Challenge;
- any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Challenge or acceptance/use of any Prize.
In no event will the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees, punitive, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Privacy / Use of Data
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for administration of the Challenge and related purposes, unless otherwise stated at the time of entry.
10. Disputes / Governing Law
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:
- any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Challenge or any Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;
- all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules;
- venue shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of New Mexico.
11. Winner List
Within a reasonable time after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes, a list of verified winners will be posted on REELZ.com and/or other official REELZ digital platforms.
