Ben Markowitz owes neighborhood drug dealer, Jesse James Hollywood $1200. In an effort to get the money, Hollywood abducts Ben’s brother, 15-year-old Nicholas Markowitz. But this kidnapping is far from normal. Nicholas is allowed to party with his kidnappers and is having the time of his life. Little does he know that the clock is ticking, and he’ll soon be dead – murdered over such a tiny sum. Hollywood flees after the murder. Years later, the story becomes the inspiration for Nick Cassavetes’ hit film, Alpha dog, starring Justin Timberlake, Bruce Willis and Sharon Stone. During production, Jesse James Hollywood is captured, giving Cassavetes a new ending to his movie.
