Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

These Official Rules govern the OP Live Season of Giving Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of REELZ Channel, LLC (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (19 in AL & NE). Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes consists of two (2) separate entry periods during live broadcasts of On Patrol: Live:

• Friday, December 19, 2025
• Saturday, December 20, 2025

Each entry period (each, an “Entry Period”) begins at the start of that night’s broadcast of On Patrol: Live and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) that same night. Entries received outside an Entry Period will not be eligible for that night’s drawing.

3. How to Enter

During an Entry Period, visit REELZ.com and follow the links to the official Sweepstakes entry page. Complete the online entry form by providing all required information, including:

• Full name
• Complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes)
• Email address
• Phone number

Only entries submitted through the official entry form at REELZ.com will be accepted.
Entries submitted via social media, direct messages, comments, or any other method do not constitute entries.

Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries, including through multiple email addresses, identities, or automated systems, may result in disqualification.

All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on the applicable night.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

There will be a total of ten (10) winners, with five (5) winners selected from eligible entries received during each Entry Period.

For each Entry Period, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for that night. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that Entry Period. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

Winners will be notified only via the email address provided on the entry form. Sponsor is not responsible for invalid, misdirected, or undeliverable email, or for any failure of a winner to receive notification. Winners may be required to confirm eligibility and/or provide any additional information reasonably requested by Sponsor before prize shipment.

5. Prizes

Each winner will receive one (1) Season of Giving prize package (each, a “Prize”) consisting of:

• Trio Posters – one (1)
• Towel – one (1)
• Large Sticker – one (1)
• Beanie – one (1)
• Frisbee (Flying Disc) – one (1)
• XL Long Sleeve Shirt – one (1)
• Dog Collar – one (1)
• Mugs – two (2)

Each winner receives one (1) of each item listed above and two (2) mugs.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize will be determined by Sponsor, and the total ARV of all prizes awarded will depend on final item valuations. Any and all federal, state, and local taxes on a Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any Prize or Prize component with another prize of equal or greater value if any part of the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

6. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped to the mailing address provided by the winner at the time of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, or damaged shipments, or for any incorrect or incomplete address information provided by a winner. Please allow 6–8 weeks after winner confirmation for Prize delivery.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to:

• be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor;
• release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any Prize;
• permit Sponsor to use their name, city, and state for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

8. Limitations of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

• technical errors or malfunctions of any kind;
• lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or communications;
• unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes;
• any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any Prize.

In no event will the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees, punitive, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Privacy / Use of Data

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for administration of the Sweepstakes and related purposes, unless otherwise stated at the time of entry.

10. Disputes / Governing Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:

• any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;
• all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules;
• venue shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of New Mexico.

11. Winner List

Within a reasonable time after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes, a list of verified winners will be posted on REELZ.com and/or other official REELZ digital platforms.
