Troubleshooting
Video won’t play
Turn off VPNs, disable ad-blockers for the site, and ensure your browser’s DRM/widevine is enabled. Try a private window.
Login loop
Fully log out, clear cookies for reelzplus.com, then log back in. If using TV provider sign-in, re-enter the code from the on-screen prompt.
Audio/video out of sync
Close other tabs, reduce background downloads, and reload the page. If on Wi-Fi, move closer to the router.

Watch REELZ+ on Roku
Install the REELZ+ channel on your Roku to stream live On Patrol: Live and the full REELZ catalog.
Install & Sign In (2 Minutes)
- On Roku, open Streaming Store → search REELZ+.
- Select the channel and choose Add Channel → Open.
- Choose Sign In:
- REELZ+ account → email & password.
- TV Provider → select provider, visit the code URL on your phone/computer, enter the code.
- During live hours, open the Live row for On Patrol: Live.
Roku Remote Tips
- OK = select / show details
- ▶/|| = play/pause
- ← / → = seek; hold for faster
- Back = exit video or go up one level
- Use voice: hold mic and say “Search REELZ Plus”
Troubleshooting
Channel not found
Update Roku OS (Settings → System → System update), confirm region is supported, then try again.
Playback buffering
Reboot Roku and router; prefer wired Ethernet or 10–25 Mbps Wi-Fi.
Can’t verify provider
Double-check your TV plan includes REELZ; redo the code flow and ensure you’re signed into the correct provider account.

Install the REELZ+ app (or use your Prime Channels page if you subscribe there—see notes below).

- From the Fire TV home screen, open Find → Search and type REELZ+.
- Select the app → Get / Download → Open.
- Sign in with your REELZ+ account, or choose Sign in with TV Provider and complete the code on your phone.

Troubleshooting
App missing in the store
Update Fire OS, confirm your Amazon account region, and reboot the device.
Playback stutter
Restart Fire TV, clear app cache (Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications → REELZ+ → Clear cache), and check network speed.
Prime Channels vs REELZ+
If a title appears only in one, open the app/channel where you originally subscribed or start a REELZ+ subscription via the REELZ+ app.

How It Works
